Options for Counselling:
I have several different platforms that I use to provide a service that fits with both your availability and ways of being:
Face to face:
The Lowport Centre
The Lowport centre counselling room offers a private and cosy space in which to have face to face sessions.
It is located in the centre of Linlithgow on Blackness Road, with onsite parking available, easy access and is close to the train station and main bus stops in the town.
Online:
Doxy Platform
I use Doxy to provide online sessions. It is a secure platform that does not record or store information from calls.
Joining sessions is easy and is done by clicking on a link emailed to you fifteen minutes before the session starts.
Walk and Talk:
Various local areas
Linlithgow has many outdoor settings ideal for being out in nature which can be a healing experience in itself.
Outdoor sessions are organised around a prearranged, specific route where we walk and talk.
